FAQ - Shipping and Returns

  • Processing: The order processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the stock status of the individual product. It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order. We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected. 
  • Shipping Time (Delivery delay)

          United States: 5 - 7 business days
          United Kingdom: 3 - 5 business days
          Canada and Australia: 5 - 7 business days
          Rest of Europe: 8 - 12 business days

  • Returns & Exchanges – We hope you love what you've ordered! If you are not satisfied with the products you received, please contact us within 15 days from delivery date to request a return & exchange. 

    To apply for a case of return or exchange, please email to our customer service and include: order number, at support@amareris.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
